A delegation from AVIC Corporation headed by the Executive Vice President of AVIC International Aero-development Corporation Mrs. Zhang Guangjian visited the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The delegation also included representatives of the North-West Industrial University and the Xi'an Institute (China). On 15 January 2019, the guests held talks with the First Deputy Chairman of the NASB Presidium Sergey Chizhik. They discussed promising areas of cooperation between the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the North-West Industrial University, expanding cooperation in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles and financing the CJSC Aviation Technologies and Complexes.

Delegation members visited a number of NASB organizations, the Chinese-Belarusian Great Stone Industrial Park and the 558th Aviation Repair Plant in Baranovichi. Besides, they held a working meeting with the leadership of the CJSC Aviation Technologies and Complexes.
