On June 6, 2023, the delegation of the Republic of Kenya headed by the Minister of Trade, Industry and Investment Moses Kuria visited the NAS of Belarus.

Members of the delegation got acquainted with the developments of the organizations of the NAS of Belarus at the permanent exhibition of the NAS of Belarus Achievements of National Science for Production. Negotiations were held with First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Sergei Chizhik. During the talks, the Kenyan side expressed interest in cooperation in the field of agricultural mechanization. An agreement was reached to work out the possibility of developing joint programs for training specialists in this field in the near future.
