The forum will discuss the main areas of joint work in Belarusian-Russian programs and projects in the field of semiconductor lasers of various types to study the optical and electrical properties of semiconductor heterostructures, the cutting-edge solutions for using semiconductor lasers and systems based thereon. All major research groups from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Saratov and other regions of Russia engaged in fundamental and applied research of semiconductor lasers and materials are taking part in the workshop.
