On March 30, 2021 Moscow will host a joint meeting of the Presidiums of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Russian Academy of Sciences. A representative delegation of famous scientists of the NAS of Belarus headed by the Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Vladimir Gusakov has been sent to Moscow to participate in the event.

The participants in the joint meeting of the of the Presidiums of the NAS of Belarus and the RAS will consider a number of issues, among which are the most important results of the activities of the Inter-Academic Council on the development of the Union State and the implementation of programs of the Union State, promising projects of programs.

On March 31, 2021 a delegation of the NAS of Belarus headed by the Chairman of the Presidium Vladimir Gusakov will visit the National Research Center “Kurchatov Institute”, where negotiations will be held with the leadership of the center on expanding mutually beneficial cooperation, as well as the possibility of implementing large joint projects.

On April 1-2, 2021, the hads of scientific organizations of the Academy of Sciences will take part in warking meetings of the expert groups of the NAS of Belarus and NRC “Kurchatov Institute” in areas of activity in industries that are of mutual interest.
