In order to form holistic positive image of science, increase its authority, attract the attention of wide circles of the public to the achievements of Belarusian scientists, provide relevant information on developments for the socio-economic development of the country, stimulate the creative and professional activity of both journalists and non-professional popularizers of science, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus has announced the competition in 2021, with the presentation of diplomas and cash prizes to individuals.

The competition will be held in for nominations: the best publication, the best story (program) on radio and television, the best publication in the popular science edition, the best presentation of the achievements of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in the Internet. Three prizes are awarded for each category. The nomination of candidates for the competition is carried out in the manner and in the terms established by the Regulations on the competition for the best presentation of scientific achievements in the media.

Materials for their competition are submitted until December 20, 2021 by the commission on both paper and electronic variants at the address Minsk, Independence Ave. 66, the Presidium of NAS of Belarus (office 411) and sent by e-mail: press@presidium.bas-net.by
