On November 20, a delegation of the Shenyang Institute of Technology headed by Rector Li Kangju paid visit. During the visit, the delegation was familiarized with the main activities and developments of the organizations of the NAS of Belarus at the permanent exhibition of the NAS of Belarus Achievements of National Science for Production. During the talks with the First Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Sergey Chizhik, the parties discussed the possibility of implementing joint projects of the Shenyang Institute of Technology and Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine named after S.N. Vyshelessky, Institute of Physics named after B.I. Stepanov of the NAS of Belarus, Physico-Technical Institute of the NAS of Belarus, United Institute of Mechanical Engineering of the NAS of Belarus, Institute of Powder Metallurgy named after academician O.V. Roman.

Following the meeting, an Agreement on scientific and technical cooperation was signed between the Shenyang Institute of Technology and the NAS of Belarus. The purpose of the Agreement is to cooperate in the field of fundamental and applied scientific research and development in the most important areas of science and technology development, as well as to create conditions for the scientific schools development, the highly qualified scientists training, advanced training of scientists and specialists of the Parties, as well as the implementation of the products and services promotion created within the framework of joint projects in the PRC and The Republic of Belarus market.
