On January 23, 2024, Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Vladimir Gusakov met with well-known public figure, Paralympian and motivational coach Alexei Talai. Issues of cooperation between the Alexei Talai local charitable foundation and the NAS of Belarus in the creation of a Rehabilitation center on the basis of the House of Romanov Estate in Stara-Barysaw were discussed at the meeting. Vladimir Gusakov noted that the scientists of the Academy of Sciences will provide all possible assistance to this project in terms of conducting archaeological research and expressed confidence in further cooperation between the foundation and the NAS of Belarus. Alexey Talai warmly thanked the leadership of the Academy of Sciences for their support.

At the meeting, the foundation received coins in metal alloy for the monument Living Memory of Grateful Generations. The action takes place within the framework of a project implemented by the Alexey Talai charitable foundation. It is planned that national commemorative signs Living Memory of Grateful Generations will be installed in Minsk, Brest and Moscow.
