At the 2nd Security Industry International Exhibition National Security. Belarus-2024 18 organizations of the NAS of Belarus presented about 150 innovative developments and technologies. At the stand of the NAS of Belarus, it was possible to get acquainted with the most relevant and promising technologies used to counter risks and threats in various areas of national security.

Secretary of State of the Security Council of Belarus Alexander Volfovich, Managing Director of the President of Belarus Yuri Nazarov and other distinguished guests got acquainted with the developments of scientists of the NAS of Belarus.

This year, innovative products and technologies of scientists were presented in the following thematic blocks: Technical Means and Systems for Preventing Accidents, Catastrophes and Eliminating their Consequences; System of Anti-Terrorist Protection of Objects Vulnerable to Terrorism; Technologies of Information and Digital Security of the State; Means of Ensuring Industrial and Environmental Safety; Biological Safety and Special Fire Safety Equipment. Many of the scientists' developments were demonstrated for the first time.

The scientific and business program of the exhibition included conferences, seminars, round tables for the purpose of exchanging expert opinions, as well as discussing issues of improving mechanisms for creating favorable conditions for industrial and scientific and technical development, as well as international cooperation in the field of national security. The Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the NAS of Belarus took part in the scientific and business program of the exhibition with a report on the topic: Assessment of the Prospects of Candidates for Performing Special State Tasks for the National Security of the Country.

2nd Security Industry International Exhibition National Security. Belarus-2024 was held on June 19–21, 2024 in Minsk at 111 praspiekt Pieramozhcaw in the Minsk Arena multifunctional cultural and sports complex.
