On September 16-18, the NAS of Belarus will host the XXII International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists “Youth in Science – 2025”
From September 16 to 18, 2025, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (NAS of Belarus) will host the XXII International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists "Youth in Science - 2025". The event is organized by the Council of Young Scientists of the NAS of Belarus and is aimed at developing international scientific cooperation, exchanging experience and presenting youth scientific research.
Opening of the conference
The grand opening of the conference is scheduled for September 16 at 11:00 in the Great Conference Hall of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus (66 Independence Av.). More than 560 young researchers are expected to participate, including 40 foreign scientists from Russia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkey and Cuba. The plenary session will be open to all comers.
The conference program includes 25 thematic sections on the main areas of modern science: physical and mathematical, chemical, biological, agricultural, medical, humanitarian, earth sciences and computer science. The sessions of the sections will be held on September 16–17 at the specialized institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Central Scientific Library.
Educational events
On September 18, a series of educational events "Turnkey Scientist" will be launched as part of the conference. Young scientists will be able to improve their research skills at seminars and workshops held by leading specialists from the NAS of Belarus, the Higher Attestation Commission, the State Committee for Science and Technology, and Belarusian National Foundation for Basic Research.
