The NAS of Belarus and the Xi'an University of Electronics and Technology of China discussed prospects for cooperation
Today, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus hosted a meeting between Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Alexei Trukhanov and a delegation from Xi'an University of Electronics and Technology of China, led by Gan Xiao, Head of the Integrated Circuits Department.
The parties discussed a wide range of issues in promising areas of bilateral scientific and technical cooperation, including in semiconductors and microelectronics.
The Academy of Sciences was represented at the meeting by Academician-Secretary of the Department of Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science Alexander Shumilin, Director of B. Stepanov Institute of Physics Sergey Gaponenko, General Director of SSPA "Optics, Optoelectronics, and Laser Technology" Maxim Bogdanovich, and others.
The Chinese delegation was given a tour of the permanent exhibition "Achievements of Domestic Science for Production." Xi'an University of Electronics and Technology representatives' visit also included a visit to Minsk Research Institute of Radio Materials.
