On September 4, 2015 Belarusian Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov held a meeting with the representatives of scientific community. Following the results of the meeting Andrei Kobyakov instructed the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus to accelerate the development of the bylaw for establishment of the BelBiograd park.

Before the meeting Andrei Kobyakov attended the trade fair showcasing the achievements of Belarusian science, including the stands of the NASB Scientific and Practical Centres for arable farming, potato, fruit and vegetable farming, for animal breeding. Moreover, the Belarusian Prime Minister instructed the NAS of Belarus to consider the issues related to Road M-1 illumination using Belarusian LED technologies as well as increased funding for science and research by means of budget expenses optimization.
