The Chairman of the NAS of Belarus Vladimir G. Gusakov awarded the Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Academician Yevgeny Mikhailovich Babosov with the Gold Medal of the NAS of Belarus “For the Great Contribution to the Development of Science,” which is the highest award of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. According to Decree of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus № 3 of January 26, 2016 the award was given for significant contribution to the development of the theory of sociology, organizing and conducting national representative sociological investigations, training highly qualified researchers.
The rewarding took place at the ceremony dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the Academician in the Central Scientific Library of the NAS of Belarus.
