On April 22, 2016 at 10.00 a.m. the session of the General Meeting of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus will take place in the Large conference hall (Niezaliezhnasci Avenue, 66, main building, 2-nd floor). On the agenda of the session — "Report on the activities of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in 2015 and targets for 2016". The presentation on the subject will be made by the Chief Scientific Secretary of the NAS of Belarus, Corresponding Member Aleksandr V. Kilchevskiy. The report "On liquidation of regional branches of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" will be presented by the Vice Chairman of the NASB Presidium, Academician Aleksandr V. Sukalo. The First Vice Chairman of the NASB Presidium, Academician Sergei A. Chizhik will present the report “On amendments to the Statute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus". The NAS of Belarus 2015 Year-End Report will be approved and the resolution of the General Meeting of the NAS of Belarus will be adopted at the session of the General Meeting.

Registration of General Meeting members will be held from 9.00 to 9.45. The session will start at 10.00 a.m.
