In the course of the theoretical and practical seminar “Electronic information resources and services on eLibrary.ru platform for publishers and scientists" representatives of the largest Russian information and analytical portal on science, technology, medicine and education will talk about practical issues of Belarusian scientific publications placement on the eLibrary platform and in Russian Science Citation Index, the possibilities of access to full-text articles presented at eLibrary.ru portal, as well as reveal the subtleties of definition SCIENCE INDEX for scientific organizations.
