On May 18-20, 2016 State Scientific and Production Amalgamation "Scientific and Practical Center of NAS of Belarus for Bioresources" holds the II International research-to-practice Conference "Antarctic Environment: current state of study". The conference will take place in the resort town of Naroch (Minsk region, Myadel district, Naroch).

The main activities of the conference: legal and logistic activities in the organization and conduct of Antarctic expeditions; questions and mechanisms for safety protection during expeditions and development of instrumental and technical base for scientific research; biological research in Antarctica; geological and geophysical research in Antarctica; climate, meteorological and aerospace research in Antarctica.
