The Researchers Training Institute of the NASB held celebrations in honor of the Day of Knowledge. Undergraduates were congratulated by the Chairman of the NASB Presidium Vladimir Gusakov. Addressing young people, V. Gusakov noted that youth was one of the top priorities for the Academy of Sciences. He said: "We try to make young scientists to be under constant protection." Vladimir Gusakov noted that the National Academy of Sciences prepares highly qualified scientists itself, and it does not forget to solve their housing problems.

Farewell words on the occasion of a new academic year beginning were spoken by Rector of the Researchers Training Institute Ihar Hancharonak, Academician Yevgeny Babosov, Chief Scientific Secretary of the NAS of Belarus Aleksandr Kilchevsky, Academician-Secretary of the Department of Humanitarian Sciences and Arts Aleksandr Kovalenya, Chairman of the Admissions Committee Valery Belsky, Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the NAS of Belarus Andrei Ivanets.

Undergraduates of the Researchers Training Institute also visited the Museum of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus that day.
