According to Sergei A. Chizhik, the Agreement is a significant event for both the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and for the whole country, it "implies cooperation in a variety of directions. Three major directions, such as new materials, cooling systems and green technologies (water and air filters, etc.) has been chosen for the first step of cooperation". The First Vice Chairman of the NASB Presidium also said that the Technical Advisory Board included ten strongest Belarusian scientists who would work throughout the year for the submission of projects for LG's review and further implementation of these projects in the form of contracts.
