On October 21, 2016 a delegation from Yulin Normal University of Guangxi province (China) visited the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The delegation was headed by the rector of the University He Zubin. From the NAS of Belarus the talks were headed by the First Vice Chairman of the NASB Presidium Sergei Chizhik. The partners discussed the promising areas of cooperation in education and medical research.

By the result of the negotiations an Agreement on scientific-technical and educational cooperation between the two organizations was signed. The agreement provides for joint research and educational programs, internships and training of postgraduate and doctoral students, exchange of scientific and methodological literature and other forms of mutually beneficial cooperation.
