The lecture was devoted to the socio-cultural economy, the importance of culture for the economy. The lecturer focused on the fact that the recognition of economical importance of culture, the rate of human capital, innovative activities and inclusive institutional environment allow to create a country where people want to live and work.
The meeting with one of the most authoritative Russian economists was attended by students from leading Belarusian universities, undergraduates, graduate students, teachers, scientists and representatives of business organizations. The lecture aroused great interest among the participants. A. Auzan answered the questions that interested audience.
