The ERA-NET Cofund Electric Mobility Europe project being realized under HORIZON 2020 programm announces the Call 2016 content. The ERA-NET project is aimed at coordination of research programs of primarily European Union countries in order to obtain the most effective "breakthrough" innovations at least cost and to involve the most qualified and competitive teams from different countries. The Call 2016 content follows a two-step submission and evaluation procedure, starting now with the submission of light proposals. In a next step a full proposal submission will follow for those proposals selected from the light proposal evaluation. Deadline for the submission of light proposals is February 6, 2017.

The project proposals should concern the following key areas:
1. System integration (transport, (sub)urban areas)
2. Urban freight and city logistics
3. Smart mobility concepts and ICT applications
4. Public transport
5. Consumer behaviour and societal trends

Performers of the national research programs (such as state scientific research programs, state scientific and technical programs, etc.) may apply for the competition. The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus is supposed to be the state customer of the programs.

If successful, the project submitted to the competition, besides national funding, will receive additional funding (33%) from the European Commission. The duration of the project is up to 3 years.

On November 25, 2016 in Brussels (Belgium) an Information and Brokerage Event will be organized in order to effectively form international consortia.
