The Congress was held at the National Academy of Scienses of Belarus, the Belarusian State University, and the Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. Within the framework of the Congress, three international scientific conferences worked, about 20 breakout sessions, round-table discussions and presentations, open lectures, meetings with students of Minsk universities were held. The forum's guests noted the high level of its organization, the considerable interest of scientists, the media and the general public of Belarus in the content of the discussions. They also appreciated the great attention which is paid at the state level to the development of scientific research and humanitarian culture in the Republic of Belarus, the preservation and transferring of the richest spiritual heritage of the Belarusian people.
