The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus invites young scientists of the Republic of Belarus to take part in the competition “Proposals of young scientists of Belarus for LG Electronics Inc. 2021”.

The competition is held with the aim of identifying and promoting the commercialization of the developments of young scientists in Belarus that meet the current technological requirements of LG Electronics Inc.

The organizers of the competition are the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and LG Electronics Inc. with the support of the SSI “Centre for System Analysis and Strategic Research of the NAS of Belarus” and the Republican Center for Technology Transfer.

Scientists under the age of 35 are allowed to participate in the competition.
To reward the winners, a prize fund of $5000 is allocated (1st prize $2000, two others - $1000 each, two thirds - $500 each).

The competition is held in two stages.
The first stage (constantly until September 15, 2021) - informing potential participants about the Competition, consulting the Competition participants.
The second stage (until October 15, 2021) - determination and award of the winners of the Competition.
- defense of selected projects by the author (team of authors) before the selection committee;
- presentation of a certificate of the approved sample to each participant of the Competition;
- winner’s reward ceremony.
