President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed decree № 245 on awarding 102 representatives of various spheres of activity with state awards.

The medal “For Labor Merit” was awarded to Mikalay Mikalayevich Petyushau, Head of the Department of Production Technology for Root Crops and Tuber Crops of the SPC of the NAS of Belarus for Food.

Among those awarded with the Francysk Skaryna medal – a General Director of the SSI “Joint Institute for Power and Nuclear Research – Sosny” of the NAS of Belarus Andrey Kuzmin, a Head of the Laboratory of Medical Biophysics and Cell Engineering of the NAS of Belarus Katsyaryna Slabazhanina, as well as a Deputy Director for Scientific Work of the Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the NAS of Belarus Alena Sychova.
