A meeting of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Council on Nutrition at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus was held. The event was attended by members of the Interdepartmental Council, representatives of ministries and departments.

The meeting addressed the issue «Nutrition during COVID-19: the existing recommendations and the new scientific evidence». Director of the Institute of Physiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Sergei Gubkin and Head of the Laboratory of Physiology of Nutrition and Sports of the Institute of Physiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Tigran Melik-Kasumov, Candidate of Biological Sciences, made presentations.
