On July 9, Deputy Head of the International Association of the Academies of Sciences, Head of the Department of the Aerospace Activities of the Office of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Petr Vityaz took part in the official opening ceremony of the Shulgan-Tash Historical and Cultural Complex of world significance and the plenary session «European Vector of International Scientific and Technological Cooperation «Turn to the East».

During the indicated events, P. Vityaz delivered a welcoming speech on behalf of the Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus V.G. Gusakov on the occasion of the opening of the above-mentioned complex and presented a report on the topic «Scientific and technological cooperation between Belarus and Russia: issues of integration and strengthening of cooperation ties».

P. Vityaz held the talks with the representatives of the scientific organizations of Bashkortostan on the development of the cooperation in the field of science and technology, additional measures were outlined to promote the interaction on the basis of the existing agreements of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus: with the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
