On October 6–7, 2022, scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus took part in the events of the IV Autumn Scientific Session, which was held by the National Center for Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus.
On October 6, 2022, within the framework of the IV Autumn Scientific Session, the Republican Scientific and Practical Conference «Legal Policy, Science, Practice – 2022» dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the National Center for Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus was held. The conference and the plenary session were opened by the Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Belarus Olga Chupris and Director of the National Center for Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus, Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Belarus Vadim Ipatov. The Chief Scientific Secretary of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor Vasily Gursky delivered a welcoming speech and congratulations from the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. He presented awards of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus to the employees of the NCLP for their contribution to the development of rule-making activities and legal science. As part of the discussion platform «Legal Policy and Modernization of Constitutional Legislation, Development of the General Theory of Law, International Law, Administrative, Information Law and Legislation», Head of the Center for State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Natalya Minko made a presentation on the topic «Principles of Union Building Integration in the Eurasian space (in the context of integration constitutionalism)», as well as the Head of the sector of the Center for State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Antonina Tripuzova, presented a report «On the Priority Directions of the Constitutional Legal Policy in the Sphere of Counteracting Monopoly Activities and Development of Competition in the Republic of Belarus». During the work of the discussion platform «Priorities of law enforcement and human rights policy», junior researcher of the Center for State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Nikolai Kolesen made a report «Some aspects of the criminal law protection of the human right to information in the course of biomedical research». On October 7, 2022, within the framework of the IV Autumn scientific session, a round table «Ensuring human rights and freedoms in the information society» was held, at which a report was held on the topic «On the priority areas of the constitutional and legal policy in the field of countering monopolistic activities and developing competition in the Republic of Belarus» the Head of the sector of the Center for State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Antonina Tripuzova spoke. The discussion was also attended by the representatives of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus, the Scientific and Practical Center for the Problems of Strengthening the Law and Order of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus, and the National Center for Legal Information.
