October 6-7, 2022 RUE «Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Food» (Minsk, Kozlova St., 29) will host the XIX International Scientific and Practical Conference «Problems of Food and Nutrition».

The event will be attended by scientists, practitioners, representatives of ministries and departments. The conference will discuss the problems of food production technologies, functional food technologies, healthy nutrition, import substitution problems, as well as food production processes and apparatus.

The opening of the conference is October 6, 2022 at 10.00 am.
