October 21 at the Central Scientific Library. Yakub Kolas Central Scientific Library of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus will host a round table «I am the Father», dedicated to Father's Day in the Republic of Belarus.

The event was organized by the primary organization of the PA «Belarusian Union of Women» of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Yakub Kolas Central Scientific Library National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

Decree of the Head of State dated June 9, 2022 No. 198 stipulates that on October 21 Belarus will celebrate a new holiday – Father's Day.

The tradition of congratulating fathers exists in many countries of the world. In our country, in 2022, the holiday closes Parents' Week and focuses on the role of a strong traditional family in the life of every person.

Successful fathers are invited to participate in the round table, who are ready to share their experience with young scientists, dispel fears and motivate them to create and strengthen their families.
