On March 22, 2023 at 10.00 at the Institute of Genetics and Cytology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (Minsk, Akademičnaja str., 27), a seminar Genomic Technologies: Application Practice (Crop Production, Animal Husbandry) will be held.

The representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the State Inspection for Testing and Protection of Plant Varieties will hear reports on topical issues by the leading scientists of the Institute. Among the topics are Modern DNA Technologies for Solving Breeding and Genetic Problems in Crop Production and Animal Husbandry; Development and Application of Molecular Labeling of Economically Valuable Traits in Vegetable Nightshade Crops; DNA Identification of the Main Breeds of Cattle and Horses, etc.
