On August 29–30, 2024, an international forum for dairy industry specialists Innovative Technologies and Equipment for the Dairy Industry was held. The event was attended by specialists from Belarus, Russia, and Kazakhstan. The main organizer of the event is the Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry. The purpose of the forum is to consider the main directions of technical and technological development of the dairy industry and current issues of the dairy market, as well as to get acquainted with innovative technical solutions for dairy processing industries.

Among the main topics are trends in the development of the dairy market, scientific developments and innovative technologies for the production of dairy products, technological equipment and processes, technical solutions for pre-packing and packaging of products, effective modernization of enterprises, hygiene and resource conservation at dairy processing enterprises. Having become a traditional industry event, the forum annually gathers a wide range of specialists and experts in the dairy industry from Belarus and neighbouring countries.
