The results of the 2024 Summer Sports and Athletic Meeting among employees of organizations of the NAS of Belarus have been summed up. The first place was taken by the Scientific and Practical Centre of the NAS of Belarus on Agricultural Mechanization; the second one by the Institute of Physics of the NAS of Belarus, the third one by the Institute of System Studies in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the NAS of Belarus.

On September 2, 2024, the awarding ceremony of the winners of the 2024 Summer Sports and Athletic Meeting among employees of organizations of the NAS of Belarus took place at a staff meeting. The chairman of the joint committee, Ivan Baranowski, presented awards to the heads of organizations whose teams won prizes.

On August 31, 2024, the 2024 Summer Sports and Athletic Meeting among employees of organizations of the NAS of Belarus, dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the trade union movement, was held on the basis of the Photon children's health camp. 61 teams competed for the medals and awards! Chairman of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus Vladimir Gusakov, Chairman of the joint committee Ivan Baranowski, Chairman of the Belarusian Women's Union of the NAS of Belarus Julija Kachurka and Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the NAS of Belarus Stanislaw Yuretski made welcoming speeches at the opening of the competition.

Scientists of the Academy of Sciences competed in various sports: they ran cross-country, participated in relay races, figure cycling, pulled up, etc. The real surprise was the presentation of interactive venues of the Grenadier military-patriotic club, which presented thematic zones from the Middle Ages to the present day.
