The International Exhibition “Memory of Our Victory” dedicated to the 80th Anniversary of the Great Victory has opened at the NaAS of Belarus
On May 5, 2025, the grand opening of the international exhibition “Memory of Our Victory” took place, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.
The exhibition presents works by Belarusian and Russian artists dedicated to the Great Patriotic War, the victory of the Soviet people in it, and the modern understanding of our heroic past. The exhibition is attended by members of the studio of military artists of the Central House of Officers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus in Minsk, painters, graphic artists and sculptors of Petrovskaya Academy of Sciences and Arts in St. Petersburg, Tver: Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus V. Urodnich, Honorary Member of Russian Academy of Arts S. Borisov, People's Artist of the Russian Federation L. Yuga, member of the Union of Artists of St. Petersburg A. Krivonos, painters and graphic artists E. Ryndina, F. Fedyunin, V. Semenov and others.
The exhibition was organized by the Department of Ancient Belarusian Culture of Kondrat Krapiva Institute of Art History, Ethnography and Folklore of the Center for Research of Belarusian Culture, Language and Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus with the support of the Public Chamber of Tver and Russian Club of Orthodox Patrons of the Arts.
The exhibition will be on view until June 5, 2025 at the gallery “Second Floor” located at 1 Surganova str., Building 1, Minsk.
