On January 20, 2026, the national student conference "First Step into Science" will be held
The Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus announces the start of accepting applications for participation in the national student conference "First Step into Science," scheduled for January 20, 2026, and timed to Belarusian Science Day.
The conference is held in various scientific fields with the aim of involving Belarusian students in scientific research activities. The main objectives of the conference are to identify students interested in scientific research; develop students' skills in presenting research results; and develop students' understanding of contemporary achievements in Belarusian science.
Students from educational institutions implementing educational programs of general secondary, vocational and secondary specialized education (grades 10-11) are invited to participate.
Applications will be accepted until December 24, 2025. The application deadline, list of sections, and regulations are published on the conference website.
