The NAS of Belarus has identified the implementers of activities within the framework of the State Program "Science for Economy and Society" for 2026-2030

The competition committee of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus has determined the implementers of the activities of the State Program "Science for Economy and Society" for 2026-2030.

In accordance with Protocol No. 1 of February 9, 2026:

  • Scientific and Engineering Republican Unitary Enterprise "Geoinformation Systems" for the event "To develop a system for monitoring and responding to fires in natural ecosystems by expanding the orbital grouping of Belarusian space system for remote sensing of the Earth using small spacecraft";
  • Scientific and Engineering Republican Unitary Enterprise "Geoinformation Systems" for the event "To develop a technology for assessing the state of the natural environment in the area of Belarusian Antarctic Station using Earth remote sensing data, geoinformation technologies, and artificial intelligence";
  • Scientific and Engineering Republican Unitary Enterprise "Geoinformation Systems" for the event "To develop a technology for automated updating of forest cartographic materials based on Earth remote sensing data using artificial neural networks";
  • Republican Scientific and Production Unitary Enterprise "Institute of Energy of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" for the event "To develop the physical and technical foundations for the conceptual design of a high-temperature gas-cooled modular reactor of low power with microfuel elements for a nuclear power plant";
  • Republican Scientific and Production Unitary Enterprise "Institute of Energy of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" on the event "To develop promising areas for the development of the national economy and social sphere of the Republic of Belarus in the context of an increasing share of nuclear energy in the structure of energy production";
  • Open Joint-Stock Company "NPO Center" for the event "To develop an automated line for large-scale processing of crushed mineral raw material screenings in order to obtain commercial fractions";
  • Open Joint-Stock Company "NPO Center" for the event "To develop a standard range of highly efficient vertical filter centrifuges";
  • Open Joint-Stock Company "NPO Center" on the event "To develop a selective ore preparation line for gravity enrichment methods for work in low-temperature conditions";
  • Republican Scientific and Production Unitary Enterprise "Radio Engineering Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" on the event "To design a network of radar stations for the automatic detection of small drones in urban areas in the interests of protecting important facilities";
  • Republican Unitary Enterprise "Scientific and Production Center for Multifunctional Unmanned Systems" of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for the event "To develop an intelligent onboard visual navigation system for UAVs and test its prototype";
  • Open Joint-Stock Company “Minsk Research Institute of Radio Materials”, for the event "To develop a microwave electronic component base (ECB) for a radio-electronic system with an active phased antenna array";
  • Republican Scientific and Production Unitary Enterprise "Center for LED and Optoelectronic Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus" for the event "To develop a technology for packaging semiconductor LEDs in the ultraviolet, visible, and infrared spectral ranges and with various radiation powers";
  • State Scientific and Production Association "Optics, Optoelectronics and Laser Technology" for the event "To develop and create prototypes of acousto-optic tunable filters for the visible and near-infrared spectral ranges for hyperspectral technology";
  • Open Joint-Stock Company “Minsk Research Institute of Radio Materials”, for the event "To develop a design and manufacturing technology for MEMS IR emitters of near and medium range for environmental monitoring devices and systems."
