The Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus signed a memorandum of cooperation with Mongolian Research and Production Institute "SAMO." The document was signed by the heads of the institutions, Gordey Gusakov and Luvsanpureviin Ganpurev.
The agreement envisages joint work on scientific projects aimed at developing modern technologies and new recipes in the food industry.
In addition, the parties plan to actively participate in various scientific and practical events, such as conferences and workshops.
Particular attention is being paid to organizing training programs and internships that will enable Belarusian and Mongolian specialists to exchange experience and information in analyzing the composition and properties of food raw materials and finished products using modern laboratory equipment and advanced techniques.
