XXV International Scientific and Technical Conference "Development of Informatization and the State System of Scientific and Technical Information" (DISTI-2026)
On November 19, 2026, XXV International Scientific and Technical Conference “Development of Informatization and the State System of Scientific and Technical Information” (DISTI-2026) will be held in Minsk at the United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus at: Minsk, Surganov St., 6.
The conference is organized by: the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, the Belarusian State University, and the National Library of Belarus.
Representatives of Belarusian and international organizations, researchers, faculty from organizations and universities, library staff, graduate students, and specialists in digitalization and artificial intelligence are welcome.
The conference is planned to focus on the following areas:
Analysis of the state and problems of developing a unified information space, as well as methods and means for ensuring its formation, use, and development in the interests of citizens, society, and the state.
Development of key areas and technologies of digital transformation: e-government, digital economy, e-commerce and logistics, e-learning, e-health care, e-libraries, digitalization of cultural heritage, and the creation of national electronic content.
Formation of a regulatory framework, an integrated system of standardization (unification), certification, expert evaluation, and efficiency rating of the implementation of programs and projects in informatization, scientific and technical information systems.
Development and implementation of corporate scientific and technical information systems, library and information systems, and technologies to automate information support for scientific, scientific and technical, and innovation activities. Publication activity of scientists and organizations.
Regional informatization and information infrastructure. Discussion of issues related to information support for science and education based on modern information and telecommunications technologies and the organization of a unified scientific and information space.
Research on the digitalization of the economy and society.
Cognitive technologies in informatization.
During the conference, the foyer of the conference hall will feature an exhibition with selected scientific and technological literature from the Central Scientific Library of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Belarusian Agricultural Library of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, and Russian Scientific and Technical Library, as well as displays showcasing the scientific achievements of NAS scientists.
Upon registration, conference participants will receive a printed collection of papers, including all submitted scientific materials.
