An expert dialogue was held at the Institute of Sociology of the NAS of Belarus on one of the most pressing issues of our time: the preservation and development of family values
Participants from Belarus and Russia gathered to analyze how the institution of the family is changing under the influence of global trends and which support mechanisms are most effective today.
Opening the discussion, Nikolai Myslivets, Director of the Institute of Sociology at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, emphasized that the family remains the foundation of society, but today it faces new challenges that require deep scientific understanding and consideration of a multitude of factors.
According to him, it is important not only to record changes, but to seek points of support that will help harmoniously combine fidelity to tradition with the realities of today.
During the meeting, experts touched on a wide range of issues, from demographic strategies to specific social support tools.
