Vladimir Karanik congratulated Academician Pyotr Vityaz on his 90th birthday
Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Karanik, solemnly congratulated the outstanding scientist, Academician Pyotr Vityaz, on his 90th birthday.
During an extended meeting of the Academic Council of O. Roman Institute of Powder Metallurgy, Vladimir Karanik read a congratulatory address on behalf of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko.
The congratulatory message noted Pyotr Vityaz's many years of fruitful work, his significant contribution to the creation of advanced scientific fields, the development of the space industry, and the enhancement of the state's defense capability.
Vladimir Karanik personally expressed his deep respect for the anniversary hero, emphasizing his role in the development of the modern national academic school. The head of the Academy of Sciences wished Pyotr Vityaz good health, high spirits, and new achievements for the benefit of Belarusian science.
