The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and Foshan University of China signed a scientific and technical cooperation agreement today
The document was signed by Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of the Russian Federation Alexey Trukhanov and Co-Dean of the School of Agriculture and Biological Engineering of the Chinese university Shuwen Li.
According to the document, cooperation will be implemented in several areas, including the creation of joint laboratories within the framework of China's Belt and Road Initiative, as well as the development and implementation of projects in such areas as mechanical engineering, automation, electronics, materials science, chemistry, physics, and biology.
In addition, the parties plan to jointly organize scientific events and train students in master's, postgraduate, and doctoral programs, which will strengthen human resources and improve the level of specialist training.
