The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus announces a competition for the title of "Scientist of the Year of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus – 2026"
The competition aims to identify and recognize scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus who demonstrate high performance in 2026, possess significant personal achievements in research, and have made a substantial contribution to the development of scientific and innovative activities in the Republic of Belarus, the enhancement of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus's international standing, and the training of highly qualified scientific personnel. Eligible to participate in the contest are: full members (academicians) and corresponding members; highly qualified researchers employed at scientific organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus as their primary place of work. Members of the Bureau of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and Academician-Secretaries of the Academy’s divisions are eligible to nominate candidates for the title "Scientist of the Year of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus – 2026."
