The delegation headed by Wan Dunyang Director of the Institute of Agricultural Economics and Development of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences visited our country in the period from 16 to 22 June 2016 at the invitation of Vladimir G. Gusakov, Chairman of the NASB Presidium. Aim of the visit was to get acquainted with developments of the NASB organizations and to hold negotiations on prospective areas, the mechanisms of the Belarusian-Chinese scientific and technical cooperation in the field of agriculture and joint work in the framework of the project of high-tech agro-industrial complex of full cycle in the Republic of Belarus.
Following the visit the parties agreed to take all necessary measures for reinforcement the cooperation between the NAS of Belarus and Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In this regard, the sides discussed the signing a joint Memorandum of cooperation between the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and JSC China CAMC Engineering Corporation.
