Belarusian scientists abroad to tell about their experience in series of seminars

Social and scientific initiative "Scientists without borders" holds a series of seminars where Belarusian scientists living and working abroad will talk about their researches and share their experience in developing of science in leading foreign laboratories.

At the first session Professor Irina Pikuleva will present a report “Cholesterol metabolism in brain and retina: the role and therapeutic prospects”.

Irina Pikuleva graduated from the Belarusian State University, wrote thesis in the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the NAS of Belarus, and since 1992 has been engaged in research activities in different universities and scientific institutions of the United States. Irina Pikuleva is currently a Professor and Vice President at Ophthalmology and Eyesight Sciences Department at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio.

The lecture will be held on 22nd of March at the Institute of Physical Organic Chemistry of the NAS of Belarus, room 402, 16.00.
