On 20 September 2018, the United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus will host the 17th International conference "Development of Informatization and State System of Scientific and Technical Information (DISTI-2018)," which will consider the strategy for the development of STI system in the Republic of Belarus for the period up to 2025; basic directions and technologies of digital transformation in education, economics and public administration; state and directions of building information society (it-state), the development of informatization (digital transformation) and artificial intelligence in the country. The reports will also discuss the design and implementation of automated STI systems, corporate automated library and information systems and technologies, publication activity of Belarusian scientists and organizations, psychological aspects in STI systems. As part of the conference, an exhibition of developments in artificial intelligence will be organized.
