The conference will bring together more than 150 well-known scientists, young researchers, specialists of the agro-industrial sector, representatives of biotechnological companies from Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Perm, Saratov, Krasnodar), Kazakhstan (Nur-Sultan, Alma-Ata), Latvia (Riga), Belarus (Minsk, Gomel, Grodno, Vitebsk, Mogilev, Pinsk) to assess the current state, identify priorities and promising areas for further development of microbiology and biotechnology.
The conference will present the results of Belarusian microbiologists work, innovative developments for agriculture, medicine, industry, environmental protection. The conference will also cover issues of a new EAEU interstate program concept in biotechnology, and prospects for the effective transformation of inventions into innovations and their introduction into the economy. The conference will include a meeting of the Eastern Palaearctic section of the International Organization for Biological Control of Pest Animals and Plants. There will be an exhibition of biotechnological products to present the latest world-class solutions for the economy, equipment and reagents for biological research.
