Summary: It is proved that any element of p-primary torsion of unramified Brauer groups of function fields of local elliptic curves with multiplicative split reduction can be presented by the tensor product of at most three cyclic unramified division algebras. Moreover, the tensor cyclic factors are found in an explicit form.

Summary: Let a(G), g(G), i(G) and gp(G) be the independence number, the domination number, the independent domination number and the P-domination number of graph G, respectively. For any k ³ 0 we define the following hereditary classes ai(k) = {G : a(H) - i(H) £ k for every H Î ISub(G)}, ag(k) = {G : a(H) - g(H) £ k for every H Î ISub(G)}, and agp(k) = {G : a(H) - gp(H) £ k for every H Î ISub(G)}, where ISub(G) is a set of all induced subgraphs of a graph G. In this paper we present a finite forbidden induced subgraph characterisation for agp(k) for any k ³ 0 and any hereditary property P which is closed under adding isolated vertices to the graph G Î P. It implies such characterisations for ag(k) and ai(k) for any k ³ 0.

Strong stability of two-layer operator-difference schemes. pp. 32--36

Summary: The two-layer operator-difference schemes in the finite-dimensional Hilbert space are investigated. The estimates of strong stability with perturbed operators (coefficient stability), perturbations of the right side and the initial data are obtained. The correspondent results are proved under natural assumptions for perturbation of the operators. The investigation of the coefficient stability is illustrated for the scheme with weights, approximating the initialboundary problem for the parabolic equation.

Summary: Constraints for parameters of the self-conjugated extensions of the relativistic Hamiltonian describing the interaction of an electrically charged "isospinor" particle with monopole are obtained from requirements of symmetry relative to discrete transformations.

The effect of anisotropy of turbulence of a laser-active medium on divergence of radiation. pp. 45--48

Summary: We have considered the case of a plane wave incident on to a slab of flowing gas that is slightly anisotropically turbulent. The effect of turbulence is manifested by fluctuations in the index of refraction, which causes probing light refraction. R. m. s. of the 2D fluctuations of light deflection angles is analysed and expressed in terms of r. m. s. of the 3D fluctuations of the refraction index. The possibilities of using a new diagnostic technique -- speckle-photography -- in the studies of 3D turbulent flows are analyzed. It is shown that statistical characteristics of 3D turbulent flow correlate with statistical characteristics of the 2D field of refractive indexes of light that passed through the flow. The sensitivity range of the speckle-photography proved to be quite enough for recording temperature fluctuations.

On the interrelation of the "oxygen effect" in EPR spectra of carbonised materials with their porous structure. pp. 49--52

Summary: By cause of magnetic dipole-dipole interaction of O2 molecules with carbon PMC as centres with different relaxation times, registration of EPR spectra of carbon materials of the same carbonisation only in air atmosphere does not provide necessary information in analysis of their structure. As manifestation of the "oxygen effect" depends on characteristics of the porous structure, EPR spectroscopy can be used for express-assessment of carbonised materials as intermediate products in producing active carbons.

The effect of phospham on combustion and thermal decomposition of polyamide 6. pp. 53--56

Summary: It is shown that phospham is an efficient fire retardant additive to polyamide 6 because it promotes charring of the polymer. In spite of high thermal stability, phospham reacts with the polyamide producing phosphonitriles and phosphoamines which decompose at higher temperature and give char. The free radical mechanism is suggested to contribute to the charring.

The effect of GABAB-agonist baclofen on neutral thermal sensitivity in hypothalamic slices of rats. pp. 59--62

Summary: Both thermosensitive and temperature-insensitive neurons were inhibited by GABA and GABAB-agonist baclofen in our hypothalamic slice experiments. Besides, baclofen increased the thermal sensitivity in thermosensitive and temperature-insensitive cells. However, some thermo-sensitive neurons set to the threshold temperature close to the normal brain temperature were not influenced by exciting (previous studies) or by GABA-ergic inhibitory (the present study) inputs. This indicates- that such hypothalamic neurons are true central thermodetectors possessing an inherent mechanism of thermal sensitivity.

Analysis of the frequency of mutant T-helpers as a parameter for biodosimetry. pp. 63--66

Summary: The present article is devoted to development of a model of restoration of the dose based on the frequency of mutant T-helpers. The object of the study is lymphocytes of peripheral blood of children exposed to radioiodine therapy on medical indications. On the basis of mathematical processing it is shown that the frequency of mutant cells is directly related with additional radiation doses. The character of the relation is found and the mathematical basis of restoration of the biological dose is developed.

Dynamics of the blood flow in the stomach with intestinal ischemia/reperfusion. pp. 67--69

Summary: The results suggest that both during small intestine ischemia and reperfusion there is a hyperemic response in the gastric mucosa caused by the nervous reflex mechanism and the humoral mechanism in efferent influences on the stomach.

The effect of Fe2+, Co2+ and Zn2+ cations on the development of the photodynamic effect induced by endogenous porphyrins in green plants. pp. 70--73

Summary: It was shown that Fe2+, Co2+ and Zn2+ cations decreased the levels of protoporphyrin IX (PP) and Mg-protoporphyrin IX (monomethyl ester) (MP(E)) accumulated in intact green leaves of Artemisia vulgaris in the presence of 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) and 2,2'-dipyridyl (DP) in darkness. The extent of photodamage op the plant under subsequent illumination correlated with the residual content of PP and MP(E). The efficiency of cation action depended on the duration of the dark period after ALA and DP treatment, on the time of cation treatment and chemical nature of used cations. Treatment of the plant with Fe2+ resulted in a maximum effect which could be compared with the influence of Co2+. Zn2+ cations had the weakest effect.

Identification of X- and L-virus resistance of potato clones, using protein markers. pp. 74--76

Summary: A study of the general fraction of soluble proteins of Altair cv. potato clones which differ in their X- and L-virus resistances was carried out. Analysis of electrophoretic spectra shows that almost each of the studied clones is characterised by at least one specific polypeptide (or by the absence of one of them). Polypeptides with a difference in their qualitative content can be potential protein markers of virus resistance genes.

Nonselective ion conductivity of plasmalemma as an important component of the system of membrane transport of ions in plants. pp. 77--80

Summary: As a result of the present work, nonselective ion leakage of plasmalemma of plant cells was identified and its main properties were found. It is shown that there is no selectivity in the series of monovalent cations and that there is no pH effect and potential dependence of its conductivity. The contribution of nonselective leakage to the total permeability of the plasmalemma (of the order of magnitude of 0.1 for potassium ions under normal conditions) is determined and it is shown that it increases substantially for cations discriminated by potassium channels.

The effect of neuroleptic agents on the blood concentration of the nerve growth factor in mice under psychosocial stress. pp. 81--83

Summary: Using bicentric immunoradiometric assay, it is found that single intraperitoneal injection of neuroleptics aminazine, haloperidol and droperidol (5 mg/kg) which inhibit excitation processes mostly in aminergic structures of the limbicoreticular complex significantly reduced an increase in the nerve growth factor (b-NGF) in blood of mice, induced by psychosocial stress.

Involvement of nitric monoxide in maintenence of prooxidant-antioxidant balance and temperature of the bodies of rats exposed to superheating. pp. 84--87

Summary: Experiments in rats indicated that lipid peroxidation, the state of tissue antioxidant defense and the establishment of body thermoregulatory reactions were dependent on the activity of L-arginin -- NO pathway. NO appears to be one of the factors that maintains prooxidant-antioxidant balance of the body exposed to external heating.

A model of the structure of the lithosphere over the Central-Belarusian transect. pp. 88--91

Summary: The model of the structure of the litosphere within the Belarusian part of the Central-Belarusian transect is considered. The modem crustal and lithospheric thicknesses are mainly associated with tectonic elements of the platform.

The role of faults in formation of subsoil oil deposits in the Pripyat trough. pp. 92--94

Summary: The effect of the fault amplitude, kinematics and orientation on the processes of the subsalt Devonian oil deposit accumulation in the Pripyat trough was estimated.

Tectonic regime of the Pripyat trough and the rate of sedimentation. pp. 95--98

Summary: The rates of sedimentation and subsidence of the basement of the Pripyat trough were investigated and it was proved that the border of the rift and superimposed seneclise stages was at the border of Devonian and Carboniferous times.

Zoning of the Belarus territory according to the probability of extreme manifestations of wind erosion. pp. 99--101

Summary: The index of probability of extreme wind erosion (De) was calculated. Five groups of areas were distinguished in Belarus: with low (De up to 1), moderate (1 -- 5), increased (5 -- 10), high (10 -- 20) and very high (De more than 20) probability of occurrence of dust storms.

The influence of radiation-induced thermal defects on characteristics of power silicon p--n-structures. pp. 113--116

Summary: Data of a study of the influence of the effective recombination centres formed in diffusion p--n-structures on Si exposed to electron irradiation followed by annealing in the temperature range 400--600 °C on their characteristics in the operation temperature range 77--400 К are given in this article.

A new method of choosing the size of feeders in the foundry system based on three-dimensional computer simulation. pp. 117--120

Summary: A mathematical model which uses the scheme of the terminal differences for computer simulation of the thermal processes of cooling alloys in the foundry systems is described. A new method of choosing the feed size in the foundry systems, which is based on the three-dimensional computer simulation of cellular automat, is proposed. This method is considered for solidification of "ball" and "cube" casts.
