Additional portions of labrodorit and chamotte to a ceramic binder N2 leads to creating mullite and a- corundum of anorite phase. Physical and mechanical properties of diamond grinding materials have been studied.

Relaxation transitions and quantum states of molecular strecture of thermoplastic polyurethane based on oligoether. pp. 28--30

Summary: Mechanical properties of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) Vitur T 0433-85 have been studied by the method of torsion oscillations. It is shown that hybridization is observed in the states of polyurethane both flexible and rigid blocks. Hybridization condition is determined by equality of quantum energy ensured by the magnitude of torsion barriers per unit length of molar mass within quantum periodicity of the blocks. Low-temperature transition T1 is g-transition of the rigid block and b- transition of the flexible one. Transition T2 is simultaneously b- transition of the rigid block and glass transition of the flexible one, while Т3 transition is glass transition of the rigid and liquid-liquid 3 transition of the flexible block.

Water sorption and swelling of polyester resin. pp. 49--53

Summary: Sorption, desorption of atmospheric moisture and water by polyester resin at different temperatures, and kinetics of swelling of the material at different conditions have been investigated. Specimens were moistened in atmosphere with relative humidity 77. 98% and in water at temperatures 8, 20 and 45 °C. Sorption kinetics was described by the Fick's law. Mass changes of the specimens moistened in water were caused by three thermally activated processes: 1) diffusional sorption, 2) additional sorption necessary for hydrolysis, and 3) leaching of low molecular weight component. The basic mechanism of water sorption at temperatures 8 and 20 °C was the reversible Fickian diffusion. Mass changes at temperature 45 °C wais caused by all the three processes, that resulted in unlimited specimens mass growth, despite significant leaching of low molecular weight components. Different kinetics of swelling showed the distinction in mechanisms of water sorption.

In the TSC spectra of the charged material were identified new peaks for some structural elements of non-polar polyethylene, which could be responsible for the electret effect. A possibility of exact determination of the activation energy and frequency factor of relaxation was demonstrated at combining the TSC and TSRP methods. The conclusion is made that the various thermoactivation methods can successfully be used in experimental practice as complementary.
