Summary: The projective functional method for constructing w-periodic in t, x solutions of nonlinear wave systems of the first order is proposed and justified. Sufficient coefficient conditions of the asymptotic stability of w-periodic solution are obtained.

Summary: Sufficient conditions of stability of special quasiperiodic solutions are given for the linear systems with a small parameter.

A monotone difference scheme for parabolic and elliptic equations with the lowest, derivatives on nonuniform grids. pp. 13--17

Summary: A monotone difference scheme on the irregular grids for parabolic and elliptic one-dimensional boundary problems with a nonselfadjoint operator is proposed. The convergence of the scheme is proved. The approximation methods of the second and the third boundary conditions are considered. Computational results are given.

Summary: We consider the problem of estimation of a sequence sampled with noise. The sequence is assumed to belong to a Besov space of sequences, the noise is supposed to have the q-th moment bounded. We propose a nonlinear estimation and prove an upper bound for the convergence rate in lr-loss.

On a class of difference schemes with an advanced approximation order on non-uniform grids for the convection-diffusion equation. pp. 23--28

Summary: By means of regularization principle, the monotone difference schemes of high order of approximation are constructed. It is shown that the principle of maximum is satisfied with the following relations on steps t ³ ch2, h = max hi. Some estimates of the stability and convergence are obtained.

Summary: The mixed problem of elasticity theory is solved for the plane with two slots.

Summary: Dynamic Leontiev's model with fuzzy data, assumed as triangle numbers, is under consideration. The authors prove that the fuzzy input-output vector of the model tends to a conventional deterministic vector.

Green's function for the diffraction problem on a cylinder. pp. 47--51

Summary: Dyadic Green's function for the diffraction problem on an infinite circle homogeneous isotropic cylinder with an arbitrary complex refractive index is investigated. Green's function expansion with the aid of the cylindrical eigenfunctions system of vector wave equation is obtained. It allows to find the diffraction field for any incident wave.

Problem about transversal oscillations of a rectangular membrane subjected to a dynamic impact in one point. pp. 52--57

Summary: Solvability of the problem about transversal oscillations of a rectangular elastic membrane for the case when the membrane was subjected to a dynamic impact in one point is investigated.

The symmetry group of the Mendeleev periodic element system. pp. 58--65

Summary: A dynamic justification of using the representations of the dynamic symmetry group of a hydrogen-like system is offered for the mathematical description of the symmetry properties of Mendeleev's periodic system of elements. Decomposition of infinite-dimensional unitary representation of SO(4, 2) group is realized on finite-dimensional multiplet, determined by quantum numbers describing states of electrons. The contents of the multiplets is fully compatible with the experimentally observed contents of the electron shells of atoms.

Study of the correlation moments as new criteria for the installation channel of deep inelastic scattering. pp. 66--69

Summary: We have calculated H-correlation moments for the instanton-induced processes of multiparticle production in jeep inelastic scattering. Quasiclassical approximation gives trivial results. If we take into account the first quantum correction, then the moments have a special form. Thus, we have obtained new features of instanton induced events in addition to the known footprints, which can be used for experimental search of these processes.

Temperature dependence of cellulose subjected to g-irradiation at 90--300 K. pp. 70--72

Summary: The specific heat for microcrystalline cellulose at temperatures between 90 and 300 K is measured before and after g-irradiation with dozes of 305 and 2760 kGy. The influence of excitation on the changing thermodynamic functions of cellulose is analysed.

Influence of irradiation defects created by electrons and g-irradiation on electric properties of GaAs. pp. 73--77

Summary: It is shown that the carrier removal mobility measured at low temperatures (T = 100 K) nonmonotonous decreasing with electron and g-rays doze increasing in n-GaAs irradiated at T = 294 K with fast electrons (E = 4 Mev) and g-rays Co60 is caused by some main defect taking part in carrier removal scattering charge state alteration. This defect location in gap which is equal to ED = EC - 0.12 eV is found.

Photoelectric properties of metal -- semiconductor -- metal structures under heterogeneous photoexcitement. pp. 78--81

Summary: We present results of the photoelectric properties analysis of metal -- semiconductor -- metal structures at photoexcitement region transition along the structure base in process of light point focusing to the receiver surface. SnO2 -- Si -- SnO2 structures have been investigated as an example. The structure model in the form of united two p-i-n-diode by common base has been taken as a principle of calculated dependencies. Coordinate dependencies of diffusion and drift current component have been calculated in consideration of notion about focused stream boundary in the form of Gauss' surface. The given model of lit and back bariers photocurrents competitions is in satisfactory agreement with experimental dependencies of two barier structures photocurrent on focusing point coordinate. The results of investigations are interested for development of the autofocusing systems photosensors.

Numeric modeling of X-ray dynamic diffraction in crystals. pp. 82--85

Summary: A numerical method for solving the system of differential equations describing X-ray dynamical diffraction in nonstationary deformed crystals is proposed. Results of numerical modeling are discussed.

Numerical simulation of the light scattering on finite cylinders. pp. 86--90

Summary: The method of volume integral equation formulation (VIEF method) is applied to numerical calculations of the scattering characteristics of finite cylinders. The oscillation character of the functional dependence of the efficiency weakening factor on the length of a cylinder of a constant diameter is shown. Comparison of the scattering properties of cylinders of various diameters is conducted. Dependence of the weakening section on changing the ratio of the diameter to the cylinder length at constant volume for two cylinder orientations (parallel and perpendicular to the incident radiation) is presented.

Summary: Conditions of synthesizing regular dislocation configurations (misfit dislocation network) in silicon during dopants diffusion with different covalent radius are analyzed. Formation method of new type of semiconductor device using dislocation networks, localized in the base of transistor is proposed.

Using the statistic method for studying the kinetics of forming wedge-like twins in bismuth crystals under the superposition, of electric and magnetic fields. pp. 96--98

Summary: A current impulse passed through an irradiated bismuth crystal under concentrated tension stimulates plastic twinning strain.

Bismuth-thulium ferrite-garnet films with a high magnetic field resolution. pp. 99--101

Summary: Study of domain structure in bismuth-thulium ferrite-garnet epitaxial films is conducted. It is shown that these films could be used as indicators for visualization and topography of weak magnetic films.

Algorithmic and hardware peculiarities of coding for parallel computations in the binary-sign-bit notation. pp. 102--105

Summary: Algorithms for coding input binary data based on their transformation to binary-sign-bit notation data by a special algorithm are proposed. The algorithms enable to eliminate through-carries and to reduce discrepancy of the times of fulfilling the arithmetic operations, thereby increasing considerably the speed of calculations in optoelectronic digital computing systems.

Closed queueing networks with rounds of nodes and a few types of customers. pp. 106--110

Summary: Closed networks with N simple nodes, M customers and with rounds of nodes are considered. Rounds of nodes depend on states of the nodes and types of customers. The stationary state distribution is founded in the multiplicative form.

Constructing schedules for embedded job processing intervals. pp. 111--116

Summary: A single machine preemptive scheduling problem to minimize the weighted number of late jobs is considered. For each job i of set N there are given a release date ri, a processing time and a due date di. The problem is considered for the case of embedded intervals [ri, di]. Certain specified jobs have to be completed by their due dates whereas for the other jobs due dates my be violated. The initial problem is transformed into a reduced one with zero release dates. Under additional condition on the weights and processing times of jobs, the problem can be solved in O(|N| log |N|) time.

Summary: Mathematical relations for computing the minimal total execution time of distributed competing processes in the synchronic mode with continuous execution of program resource blocks are obtained.

Summary: The class of graphs with restricted frontwidth is considered. Methods to obtain solutions to a number of well-studied problems for this class are developed.

An adaptive method for compressing immovable images. pp. 127--130

Summary: An algorithm for adaptive coding the still expressing, based on statistical studies is offered. Values of width of spatial spectrum along coordinate axes OX and OY for separate scene areas are used as criteria for choice of parameters of compression. An analysis of the compression results of test scenes is given.

Splitable graphs and covering problems. pp. 131--136

Summary: The #P-completeness of reliability covering problem (RCP) is proved in the class of split graphs that are trees. Boundary conditions for a set of routes that give a criterion for polynomial solvability of the RCP are found for arbitrary trees. As a corollary, the subclass of trees with a set of routes being split graphs, in which the RCP is polynomially solvable, is characterized. The split dimension of trees is shown to be determined in linear time.
