The 3-d melts electronic constitution influence on the cooling melt properties, calculated on the basis of Navier--Stokes and Furie--Kirkhof equations. pp. 5--9.

Summary: On the basis of Navier-Stokes and heat transport equations the calculations of cooling Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn melts movement in three-dimensional form are performed. The correlation between occupation of 3d-elements atoms and characteristics of metal flow is shown.

The bismuth modifying effect in high-speed cast steels. pp. 10--17.

Summary: The effect of bismuth in as-cast high-speed steels primary deals with a substantial refinement of both dendrite and carbide microstrtuctures at the casting step. Such structural changes along with the purifying effect caused by bismuth, favour the improvement of steel impact toughness after the final heat treatment. In addition, bismuth producing the internal lubricating effect also increase the steel wear resistance at sliding friction.

The electrophysical properties of composites, based on secondary polymers. pp. 18--20.

Summary: The electrophysical properties of the composites based on secondary polymers are investigated within the range of electric current frequencies from 102 to 106 Hz. The influence of filling agents (sand, lignin, rubber powder) on the electrophysical properties of composites is shown.

The studies of copper coatings properties obtained by laser enhanced electrochemical deposition. pp. 21--23.

Summary: The work represents experimental studies of a number of features of copper coatings being formed during laser enhanced electrochemical deposition. Based on a number of samples the analysis of mechanical properties of the obtained coatings was conducted. It was found that values of adhesion strength and those of film microhardness increase when applying laser irradiation having definite power density.

The modification influence on chromium cast iron. pp. 24--27.

Summary: The transition from exogenic to an endogenic crystallization in castings from hypoeutectic cast irons is characterized by drastic increase of nuclei number of primary austenite. Thus, idealized propositions are experimentally confirmed that the spot of directional growth of crystals in a direction of heat withdrawal takes place when the heat of a crystallization evolved during formation and growth of equiaxial crystals in a zone of concentration supercooling will increase temperature of front and will facilitate a stop of directional growth. Primary austenite "conducts" transcrystallization, as the depth of a zone of directional austenite crystals in pattern of castings is wider, than eutectic. And the equalization of zones width of directional growth of primary austenite and eutectic is obsereved only at high cooling rates.

Review of investigation results on deforming of cast irons. pp. 28--36.

Summary: The literature devoted to deforming of iron is reviewed. It is shown that irons of all classes can be deformed. Owing to deforming a semifinished iron product is shaped into a ready-made item with increasing its mechanical and performance properties.

The investigation of zinc dialkyditiophosphate additions influence on boundary lubrication layers properties by contact resistance method. pp. 37--44.

Summary: The aims of these investigations are to study physic-mechanical and antifriction properties of boundary lubrication and modified superficial layer formed on steel by inactive Vaseline oil and chemically active components of zinc dialkydithiophosphate (C4 and C5) under various temperature conditions. The properties of the lubricant material with chemical active additives are determined by their ability to form a wear resistance coating on the metal surface. In the present work model experiments combining measurement of parameters of friction and contact conductivity were carried out. The experiments have shown that antioxidant properties of additive ZnDTP are determined not only by combination of S and P atoms but also by chemical structure of the carbon-hydrogen radical of its molecule,

The heat protection improvement of pistons of internal combustion engines by the method of anode microarc oxidizing. pp. 45--52.

Summary: A degree of interinfluence of an electrolyte chemical composition and a range of electrophysical modes of anode microarc oxidizing (AMO) processes when forming thermostable ceramic coatings on critical pistons surfaces of highly forced internal combuction engines (ICE) is investigated and optimized. An optimum composition of alkaline electrolyte and some technological methods ensuring to produce ceramic coatings, thickness up to 200 mm, by this mode on surfaces of products from cast aluminium alloys with a complicated profile are developed. An economical practicability of AMO method application as a way of increasing the operational life of highly forced ICE pistons is appreciated.

The choice of material and molding equipment production manner for dummy manufacturing. pp. 53--57.

Summary: In the article the account and the results of the experimental of the characteristics of materials durability, used for moulding equipment for production of industrial dummies is given. The group of materials with required operating performances is defined. The technological scheme of a product manufacture for a support of ecological safety is advanced.

The reduction of asymmetrical stress cycles to equivalent on damage symmetrical cycles or zero-to-compression stress ones. pp. 58--61.

Summary: Reduction of asymmetrical stress cycles to equivalent to damage symmetrical cycles or zero-to-compression stress cycles it is indispensable for life calculation of designs at random multifrequency and multiplemode loading. It is offered to use exponential and powermode equations of a fatigue curve for reduction. The conditions of equivalence are formulated and equations for definition of equivalent stresses also are obtained. The comparative analysis of the obtained equations is made and the guidelines on their usage are given.

Summary: The technique is offered and the mathematical expressions for the definition of residual stresses in a system cover-basis at electromagnetic surfacing are obtained. It is established, that in cover the residual stretching stresses and in a basis the compression ones are formed.

Summary: It is found out that usage of working liquids "Penol-1 and -2", ensures necessary production and quality of magnetic-abrasive machining process.

The calculations of power characteristics of machine tool working motion drive for flat tubes finning. pp. 70--74.

Summary: The method makes it possible to calculate the required moment of torsion on machine spindle while producing finning in flat tubes to enable one to calculate drive electric motor output of working motion.

Summary: Some methods of corrections of power bipolar transistor characteristics by electron irradiation (E = 4-6 MeV) and thermal annealing are considered.

The self-consistent nonlinear TWT-0 equations with slowing system of arbitrary longitudinally irregular waveguide. pp. 85--87.

Summary: Self-consistent two-dimensional nonlinear equations of the relativistic TWT-0 with slowing system in form of the arbitrary longitudinally-irregular waveguide with round cross section are obtained.

The chaos in magnetic modulation transducers. pp. 88--94.

Summary: Theoretical study and numerical calculation of the Duffings equation including chaotique solution for ferromagnetic probes model and triggers for sinusoidal pumping fields is presented.

The influence of photoelectric processes, taking place in silicon avalanche photodiodes when counting photons, on output pulses peak distribution. pp. 95--99.

Summary: The investigation of the influence of intensity, wave path length of registered radiation and supply power on the form of peak distributions of output pulses for silicon avalanche photodiodes with n+ -- p--p+ structures working in the mode of photon account is carried out. On the basis of the Monte-Carlo method the theoretical model of processes taking place in the given structures is developed. Comparison of experimental and theoretical results is presented.

Three basic tasks of the speech image recognition problem. pp. 100--114.

Summary: In this paper problem about the speech image recognition as the assemble of identification, classification and diagnostics tasks are considered. Inside of each type of these tasks the subtasks of the speech image recognition with different aim functions are discussed. Degrees of the task solution matching to commerce product are analysed at the concrete examples. Critical remarks and conclusions about results of analysis of science papers from some past years are given.

Adaptation of popular software as a technique to create applications for workstations. pp. 115--120.

Summary: The present article contains consideration of technique of rapid creation of applications by the way of popular software packages adapting, mostly by non-professional programmers. Requirements to worked out applications and adapted software are analysed, and characteristics of some packages and, more closely, Microsoft Office, are examined. The technique advantages and disadvantages are analysed based on examples. The technique is effective because it enable to simplify project working out and reduce design time, mostly for little and middle-size enterprises needs.

The factorization usage when synthesizing multilevel circuits from programmable logic devices. pp. 121--125.

Summary: The problem of synthesis of multilevel combinational circuits in basis of two classes of Programmable Logic Devices (PLD): Programmable Array Logic (PAL) and Programmable Logic Array (PLA) is considered. Three approaches to realization of sum of products systems are suggested and experimentally investigated on personal computer.

On the design and application problems of recuperation energy systems. pp. 129--133.

Summary: The analysis of technological developments concerning the recuperation energy systems design is given in this paper. The systems under discussion enable to reduce considerably the consumption of fuel and the exhaust of toxic gases, and increase the efficiency of cars, buses and other vehicles. The operation of the developed recuperation system to be applied to "Ikarus-280" bus is described. The results of the bus tests with the recuperation of braking energy are analyzed.

The energy saving rotor-centrifugal mill for fine comminution of granular and lump materials. pp. 134--140.

Summary: The data obtained from the experiments prove that the developed design of energy-saving rotor-centrifugal mill for inertia-gravitation unloading of products can be more effectively applied for fine grinding materials of low and average strength. For example, the application of the mill at enterprises producing lime (instead of a drum sphere mill) will allow to reduce electric energy consumption in more that 10 times and give a 15-20 per cent improvement of lime comminution quality.

On the characteristics surfaces propagation in viscous pressing medium. pp. 141--144.

Summary: The problem of wave's propagation in the viscous liquid is discussed from the point of general characteristics theory for classic hydrodynamics and half moment micropolar medium theory.

Sokolov V.I.
The initial site modeling of turbulent flow. pp. 145--147.

Summary: The approach to modeling a hydrodynamic initial site in pipelines is stated. The concept of algorithm of a numerical procedure of account of an initial site of turbulent flow in the cylindrical channel with an arbitrary entrance structure of speed is submitted.

The gas-dynamics of pulse combustion chamber. pp. 148--152.

Summary: A mathematical model of gas-dynamical processes in a pulse combustion chamber is deduced. The results of numerical solution of the gas-dynamical problem are reported. In particular, it is shown that the time dependencies of the gas pressure and velocity correspond to sine with a phase shift. Introduction of the dissipation term with a second viscosity factor is found to stabilize the computational process.

Bayrashevsky B.A., Borushko N.P.
The influence of heat loss in environment on the heat-transfer devices thermal mode. pp. 153--155.

Summary: The influence of heat loss in the environment, on the functional dependence of change of temperature pressure along the tract of two heat changing media with both forward and backward movement was studied. The engineering formulae, which may be used in a number of heat technical calculations, was worked out.

The investigation of radionuclides wash-out dynamics from decontamination waste. pp. 156--158.

Summary: The results of experimental investigations on the dynamics of Cesium-137 and Strontium-90 wash-out from radioactive waste formed when carrying out the works on decontamination of the populated points contaminated as a result of the Chernobyl NPP accident are presented in this paper.
