Summary: The mathematical model of stability of modifications of a phase structure of a solid near to a point of enantiotropic transformation is proposed. The model is based on the solution of a system of the homogeneous differential equation with the help of determinants of the third order in the supposition of constant factors, pressure, temperature and degree of the order, which depends on a disposition (arrangement) of atoms.

Summary: The paper presents an approximate calculation of the heat exchange conditions for crystallization of powder particles produced by a centrifugal melt atomization. The calculation allows assessment of particle cooling rates during crystallization and prevention of particle welding during melt atomization.

The twist bunches strain analysis and its influence on steel cord strength losses at production. pp. 23--27
Summary: Analysis of wire deformations in cabling process on double twist bunchers is drawn. It is founded that wire tensile strength losses increase with strain in twisting process grows. Dependence of the tensile strength losses of wire on twisting and bending deformations is obtained. Model for appreciation of the losses in dependence on lay length of steel cord is designed. Experimental results of tensile strength losses in 3х0.30 steel cord cabling process are in a good correspondence with the theoretical model.

The influence of patented billets thermal diffusion treatment at brass plating process on wire structure and mechanical properties. pp. 28--31
Summary: The effect of thermal diffusion treatment parameters of thermo-galvanic brass plating process on the homogeneity of brass plating, structure and mechanical properties of the patented and then cold-drawn wire is investigated. It is shown that as the power of heating increase the chemical composition of the brass plating becomes more homogeneous but the tensile strength of the patented wire and its work hardening rate in drawing process decrease due to beginning of cementite coagulation.

Summary: The mathematical model derivation electrohydraulic converter amplifier of nozzle--flapper--spool type with resilient feedback of position manager spool and calculation of basic dynamic characteristics are given here. The possibility of their application in vibration sources of seismic signals is justified here too.

Summary: The main details of forming surfaces using grinding method with free abrasive are described. The main intensification and control tendencies of perfecting the surfaces of the parts are systematized.

The automated system of shaped surface electoerosive forming. pp. 50--53
Summary: The automated input system of the managing program in the device of numerical control of electroerosive cutting machine tool is submitted. The interface system of the device of numerical control with the personal computer provides adequate function of base system of tracking.
The developed automated system application is most effective with electroerosive formation multiform of surfaces of details, which frequently meet in products of machine-building manufacture.

The diamond dies holes forming by the quasi-continuous YAG : Nd-laser radiation with modulated Q-factor. pp. 54--60
Summary: The technological model of monocrystal and polycrystal diamonds, alumoceramics and super-hard materials treatment with the YAG:Nd-laser radiation with continuous pumping and modulated Q-factor (Q-switch), operating in TEM00 mode is described. It is applied in diamond die holes laser treatment (drilling) and in treatment of bodies of revolution (turning).

The chip breaking at the nonrigid billets turning. pp. 61--63
Summary: Questions concerned with the breaking of chips when machining non-rigid parts-bodies of revolution - on the late-type machines have been considered. The ways of kynematic and heat breaking of chips with the use of welding torch have been described, as well as the method which provides for spreading continuous sinusoidal grooves on the transient surface.
Method of chip breaking when machining non-rigid parts using tensile stress within the bounds of elasticity with of the machined material have also been described.

The absorption of microwaves by samples, based on nickel with microfiber structure. pp. 64--66
Summary: Nickel powders with chainlike and microfiber structures produced by electroless reduction with Ti(III) complexes were examined as microwave-absorbing materials. It has been found that properties of composite materials depend on metal morphology and orientation.

The analysis of dynamic systems families with the root methods. pp. 96--102
Summary: The methods of analysis of dynamic systems with perturbed parameters are discussed. They are based on the general root-locus theory. The next problems were solved in the paper analysis of the local convexity of the characteristic polynomials, calculation of the damping margins, the stability index and maximal frequency of the systems family transient. Using Teodorchik--Evans' equation and the root sensitivity function solved all the tasks.

Summary: The equations of characteristic surfaces propagation are obtained and explicit formulae for waves displacements rates in cubic anisotropic thermoelectric medium are deduced.

Summary: The theoretical dependences permitting to determine allocation of tangential efforts, change of a track tension, slipping, implemented maximum tangential thrust force in contact of a deformable driving wheel with the rubber belt enveloping it at their frictional linkage are obtained.

Summary: Vapor separator hydrodynamical characteristics with three wave profile gills horizontally inclined were tested experimentaly. Said gills form the vertical ducts of varying wigth and height. The ability to obtain a uniform vapour flow is shown. Recommendations of such type separator calculation are done.

Summary: The solution of optimum control problem of heating of thermally fine body per minimum fuel consumption by main asymptotic optimization method is given. The effectiveness of the method proposed is shown in comparison with principle of the maximum.

The Cs and Sr radionuclides desorption from sewage dehydrated at silt places and filtration fields. pp. 124--126
Summary: The reported findings deal with leaching of the fission products of Cs and Sr from sewage, accumulated on silt places and filtration fields -- the most dangerous elements on the little cleansing structures of the towns of the contaminated zone of the Republic of Belarus. It's shown, that radioactive sewage, compared to the soil close to cleansing structures, is more mobile and is featured with the less extent of the fixation of fission products. For this reason there is a potential danger of vertical migration of fission products in the surrounding.

The experimental research of 137Cs isotopes distribution in the products of pyrolysis and wood radioactive waste gasification. pp. 130--135
Summary: The results of research of radiocesium distribution in solid, liquid and gaseous products of pyrolysis and gasification of radioactive wood fuel from Chernobyl zone in laboratory conditions in the range 170-900 °С are given. The high degree of fixing 137Cs in ash (85-97%) and low degree of activity delivering with condensing and gaseous (at a level 1%) is shown. Main carriers of activity are the particles by the size <20 microns. For reserching of process of cesium isotopes leakage at thermal processing of wood the using of 132Cs marks in wood fuel is possible.
