Radial distribution of temperature fields during laser-enhances electrochemical deposition of tin on to copper substrate. pp. 15--19.

Summary: The work represents experimental studies of laser enhanced electrochemical deposition of tin on to copper substrates. The radial-time distributions of temperature of the cathode surface in vicinity of local deposit were obtained. Interpolation of temperature experimental values based on the existing model was conducted; kinetic heat-transport factors were determined also. The existing model of temperature field was modified with due account of laser irradiation reduction by electrolyte and of effects of laser irradiation power upon parameters of electrochemical deposition.

The determination of atomic impurity localization in sillenite. pp. 20--24.

Summary: The structural model of sillenite with variable composition is investigated. The method of calculation of crystal chemistry formula of sillenete as (Bi12-xMe)(MeyD1-y) O20 (Mez Ñ3-z) is supposed. Here Me is the denotation for the different atoms, A is the vacancy inoxide tetrahedron, Ñ is the symbol of impurity atoms localization. The model is confirmed by statistical analysis of experimental and calculated structural factors and it explicate the physical properties of sillenite.

The kinetics of graphite-diamond phase conversion in the graphite--boron system. pp. 25--27.

Summary: The intensive nucleation of boron carbide nuclei primarily at the initial stage of synthesis is found. In this case the boron carbide nuclei are the diamond crystallization centers. The polycrystals synthesized in the graphite-boron system demonstrate higher thermal resistance that those obtained in the graphite-metal system.

Kotov S. G., Ipat'iev A. V.
The manufacture of carpets with low smoke-producing ability. pp. 28--31.

Summary: There are no materials with low smoke-producing ability in the carpets, tested in the Republic of Belarus to the compliance with the fire-prevention requirements. The relation of smoke-producing coefficient of carpets to the content and the type of yarn and its smoke-producing coefficient was investigated to find the right ways of carpets manufacture with low smoke-producing ability. To prove this assumption, the smoke-producing coefficient of several carpets, made by Brest Carpets joint-stock company, were determined. The calculation of the results showed that the values of designed and experimental coefficient differ for no more than 15%. It was determined that the content of the yam with medium smoke-producing ability in carpets with low smoke-producing ability must be the lower the higher its smoke-producing coefficient and the higher the smoke-producing coefficient of other contents. As a result, the problem of carpets manufacture with low smoke-producing ability, considering manufacture aspects, depends on the yam selection (nap yam, root and lay yam, weft yam), which is used in carpets and has low smoke-producing ability.

Summary: The influence of preheating on the cast iron ductility was investigated. The specific metods to increase the ductility and to improve the machinability were proposed.

The design and testing of the vertical hoist suspension. pp. 38--42.

Summary: Single- and two-wedge, lever-wedge, eccentric and wedge thimbles with one-and two-side clamping of the rope have been studied in working conditions. The samples of thimbles stock-produced for vertical hoists were tested. The best type of the trailer device turned to be the wedge thimble with one-side fixing of the rope in which circular part of the wedge has different radiuses.

Bogdanovich A. V.
On the relative section area, covered with the crack as the damage extent at the articles survivability estimation. pp. 43--47.

Summary: It is proposed of using relative square of the section with fatigue crack as the damage extent for some machine parts and structure elements at local fracture stage. The algorithm to calculate the fatigue longevity of the pipe-line with a half-elliptic crack is suggested and realized.

Tarasik V. P., Rynkevich S. A.
The control algorithms synthesis for the hydromechanical transmission of the heavy tipper. pp. 48--58.

Summary: The approach for of optimum performances synthesis of control of a gear-shifting and interlock of a hydraulic torque converter is offered. The synthesis of algorithms is recommended to be made on the basis of simulation of a motion cycle, in which one the concrete automobile is exploited. Grounded on conducted researches the control algorithm by a hydromechanical transmission of a heavy tipper is obtained. The application of the fuzzy logic theory allows to adapt designed algorithm for the actual operation conditions of the automobile. The obtained guidelines can be utilised at construction of intelligent management systems of automobile transmissions.

Summary: The self-reproduction algorithms, describing the methods of making the machine parts without form building equipment were proposed, according to von Neumann's model.

The unified functional blocks design. pp. 63--67.

Summary: Some recommendations are proposed and rated formulas are given for size determination and optimal design of unified functional blocks. The task is solved on the base of consideration of the optimization parameters of control hydroblocks by means of the forming of the integral criterion of optimization.

Kozhevnikova G. V.
The investigation of hardening material effect on the contact geometry during cross rolling. pp. 68--69.

Summary: The geometry of a contact that occurs during cross rolling of an infinite cylinder between two flat plates is determined taking into account a casting strain hardening of a material.

The functioning mathematical model of the repaired spare elements for complex padioelectonical systems. pp. 70--73.

Summary: The semi-Marcovian model of repaired spare elements functioning for the complex radioelectronic systems is developed. The formulas for account of a sufficiency parameter of a spare elements complete set are obtained. Results of accounts on the computer under the obtained formulas are submitted. Computer accounts show, that the sufficiency parameter of a spare elements complete set obtained under the known formulas, according to Marcovian spare elements functioning process approximation, exceeds sufficiency parameter obtained in a case of semi-Marcovian spare elements functioning process approximation. As a result of using overestimated volume of a sufficiency parameter for account of a spare elements complete set there, will be its congestion, that is economically irrational.

The accuracy flow meters analysis at the measurement of the flow with variable parameters. pp. 74--80.

Summary: The influence of the ultrasonic speed, statical and hydrodynamical asymmetry upon an accuracy of the ultrasonic frequency and time-delay flow meters have been considered. The equations have been obtained on the base of which errors of the ultrasonic flow meters have been analysed and the ways for its decrease were shown.

The numeric simulation of the limit position sensitivity of electromagnetic measuring transformer of graphic input device of plane type. pp. 81--85.

Summary: The analytical expressions have been proposed for detecting numerical estimation of position sensitivity limit values of electromagnetic measuring transformer of graphic pen. Regions of these values existence on the position-sensitive characterisics of transformer and conditions of appearing these regiong have been defined from the adopted constructive parameters of the pen. Conclusions concerning employment of oftained models have been represented for developing graphic input devices to portable personal computers with pen input canal.

The optimizing algorithm of the 3D manikin model animation. pp. 86--90.

Summary: The research results, related to the choice of a 3D representation model of human limbs, adequate to the practical tasks of vehicle ergonomic analysis and design, are described. The formal limbs' model (1) is suggested as a set of algebraic and geometrical parameters, which reflect the segment interaction. The algorithm of a finish limb posture calculation and choice is reported, which matches the optimum of a target functional with the joint angles as the parameters. As an optimal such spatial arm or leg posture is considered, which minimizes the sum of deviations of the joint angles from the natural anatomic ones. Further development of the limb motion control system supposes the insertion of the effective search algorithm of the optimal arm posture, which would also consider the shoulder and torso segments transfer, and geometrical constraints, related to the possible collisions with the environmental objects.

The combined H2/H¥ stochastic processes estimation. pp. 91--96.

Summary: A method of combining Kalman filtering and minimax filtering is proposed. Kalman filtering suffers from a lack of robustness to departures from the assumed noise statistics. Minimax filtering however, has the drawback of ignoring the engineer's admittedly incomplete knowledge of the noise statistics. It is shown in this paper that combine Kalman/minimax filtering can provide the "best of both worlds". Phase tracking system is used in this paper to demonstrate an application of combine estimation.

Sadykhov R. Kh., Yadlovsky A. N.
The equivalent transform factorization on the base of the lifting algorithm. pp. 97--106.

Summary: Decomposition practically anyone discrete wavelet transform or wavelet transform realized on the base of high-frequency and low-frequency filters with the use of a sequence of lifting steps is shown. The given partition is based on representation anyone wavelet transform by means of a multiplication of polyphase matrices and further use of Laurent polynomials. The widely known Euclidean algorithm to determine the greatest common divisor of two polynomials is used. Besides the algorithm of a factorization represented in a paper can be mapped onto biorthogonol structure of filters. The represented technique, as well as use of lattice structures reduces the conputing time in twice in comparison with well-known procedures.

The elastic-viscoplastic deformation of powder materials by compaction. Report 3. The model application for the calculation of the porous compressible bodies deformation. pp. 107--113.

Summary: The application of the elastic-viscous-plastic deformation model depending on temperature intervals & strain rates has been shown. There have been obtained the analitycal expressions for stresses in porous body deformed by upsetting and stamping in a closed die. The pecularities in density distribution when external friction between powder billet and tool exists have been represented.

The movement of land-slide of flume type. pp. 114--116.

Summary: The flat scheme of land-slide movement was proposed earlier. In this article the theoretical model of movement of land-slide of flume type like to layer of viscous uncompressible fluid is created. While this problem solving the implicit difference scheme with dividing into equations in unfixed lattice was used.

The mathematical model design for the forecast of the ventilation tubes characteristics. pp. 117--119.

Summary: The uniform approach to engineering account of aerodynamic parameters of systems of ventilation is planned. Generalized mathematical model of stationary mode of operations of any ventilation system is submitted.

Kazachek V. G., Korshun E. L.
The buildings frames iteration calculation with the account of the deformation curve non-linearity. pp. 120--124.

Summary: The plane reinforced bar system design for short time and long-time loading is carried out with the help of step-by-step method. The tangent rigidity of the cross-section of reinforced concrete elements is determined as an angle-tangent of the incline tangent at the point of deformation curve with the coordinate (M -- 1/r).

The electrovortex method of melt stirring in a liquid core of billets during continuous casting. pp. 125--128.

Summary: Different methods of electromagnetic influence on a crystalline structure of an ingot are widely spread on the theory and technology of continuous casting. This work shows one of the most efficient methods of influence on a crystalline ingot structure: method of electrovortex stirring based on an interaction of electric current with its own magnetic field.

The regularities of the conductive electromagnetic stirring of the melt at the continuous casting of the plate blanks. pp. 129--135.

Summary: The authors consider regularities of electromagnetic influence on industrial ingot cast continuously. They show schemes of field magnets location under the mold and determine parameters of a new method of electro-magnetic stirring -- CEMS (conducted): current source M = 500--1000 kV•A, traveling field frequency: 0.5--3 Hz. The authors submit method of CEMS calculation based on mathematical simulation of liquid steel smelt movement.

The experimental installation for the multifunctional processing of composite materials, elements and structures. pp. 136--139.

Summary: This article deals with the experimental installation for processing composite materials, elements and designs, check of induction of constant magnetic field, principle of action of device for the induction measurement of magnetic field, based on the Hall effect, test results. Scheme of location of power magnetic field lines is shown.

The fuel particles destruction of the Chernobyl NPP accident north and west tracks. pp. 140--142.

Summary: The results of determination of destruction of fuel particles on the north and west traces of Chernobyl NPP accident are presented. The distinctions of the chemical stability of fuel particles upon the dispersive composition are shown. The method of determination of the destruction degree of fuel particles on plutinium is proposed.
